Attached to the AGM this September is an opportunity to catch up on the latest from the Innovative Learning Environments and Teacher Change Research project that, as part of Learning Environments Australasia, we are partnering on. The data from the recent ILETC survey is beginning to indicate that traditional classrooms are associated with markedly lower characteristics of positive teacher mind frames and student deep learning. It’s early days in the research but it’s not data we’ve had access to before. It’s well worth engaging with. The 30 minute presentation aims to provide an update on progress as well as next steps for the project.
Access will be available by video link in Wellington and Christchurch.
